Dr. Bartelen has a Biological Sciences degree from the University of Calgary and graduated with his Doctor of Optometry degree from Pacific University College of Optometry.  He participates in yearly continuing education to advance his practice and better serve his patients. Dr. Bartelen has been living and practicing optometry in the Yukon since 2012 and plans to serve Yukoners for years to come.  D​r. Bartelen will help you to understand your visual or eye health concerns.  He works closely with family physicians and ophthalmologists for your continued care.
